The products available for sale are those described on the website www.freejumpsystem.us. Freejump America Inc. strives to ensure the accuracy of descriptions and images but cannot guarantee a perfect match between the received product and the displayed visuals.

6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 Return Policy
Returns are only accepted for an exchange of size or color, subject to availability. Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to return a product if it does not meet their expectations, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. Customized helmets cannot be returned.
6.2 Return Procedure
To initiate a return, customers must contact customer service at webshop@freejumpsystem.us to obtain authorization and return instructions.
6.3 Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days.
7. Warranty and Liability
Freejump America Inc. products are warranted against manufacturing defects.
Freejump America Inc. is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the products or negligence on the part of the customer.
