The personal data we collect is mainly intended for Freejump System and its competent services for responding to your requests.

 

We may communicate your personal data to our service providers and subcontractors, located within or outside the European Union, in the context of our exchanges, the provision of our products and services, use of the resources we make available or the recruitment of staff. In all circumstances, we ensure that these recipients present adequate guarantees of confidentiality and security, in accordance with regulations.  When personal data is transferred outside the European Union, it will be governed by the mechanisms provided for this purpose by regulations.

 

We may also disclose your data to persons and bodies entitled to receive such data, for legal reasons, in the event that we are required to comply with laws and regulations, legal requests and orders or if permitted to do so by law.

 

We may share certain pseudonymous data, containing no direct identification element, with regard to cookies and trackers collected and processed by partners, in this case being separate data controllers concerning the processing done.

 

Finally, and if you have formally consented to this, we may pass on some of your data to business partners.

In this case, we will cease processing of your data unless we justify the existence of compelling legitimate grounds for such processing that override the interests and rights and freedoms of the data subject, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. In the case of commercial prospecting, you can object without providing a reason; (vi) of portability, which allows you to request to receive personal data that you have provided to us on the basis of your consent or a contract, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format; (vii) to withdraw your consent, when your personal data is collected and processed on this basis; (viii) to file a complaint with the CNIL; (ix) to define the post-mortem fate of your data.
